A graduate student in the Department of English who is earning a graduate minor in Irish Studies, César is the recent winner of a prestigious Ford Foundation Dissertation Fellowship. His research and explorations encompass the literature of England, Ireland, and Mexico in the late 1700s and early 1800s.
