The final conversation in the series Ireland's Generation X? will be between Barry McCrea, Keough Family Chair of Irish Studies at the University of Notre Dame, and the writer Claire Kilroy, who won the Rooney Prize for Literature in 2004 with her debut novel All Summer (2003). Other novels include: Tenderwire (2006), All Names Have Been Changed (2009), and The Devil I Know (2012).

Ms. Kilroy has selected The Devil I Know and her short essay on motherhood, F for Phone, as texts for discussion.

Ireland's Generation X? is presented jointly by the Keough Naughton Institute of Irish Studies at the University of Notre Dame and the Museum of Literature Ireland (MoLI).
