National Endowment for the Humanities Fellows
With the support of a National Endowment for the Humanities (NEH) Challenge Grant, the Keough-Naughton Institute for Irish Studies offers a postdoctoral fellowship program for outstanding scholars to continue their research while in residence at the institute, which is part of the Keough School of Global Affairs at the University of Notre Dame.
The NEH Keough-Naughton Fellowship is open to Ph.D. scholars in any area of Irish studies.
The fellow participates in a periodic research seminar and presents a paper on his or her research during the year. Apart from the seminar, the fellow’s only obligation is to pursue their research. The fellow is fully integrated into the life of the Keough-Naughton Institute, with library privileges and access to the institute’s research tools and network.
